The chocolates come in three shapes inspired by trees in “A Forest’s Dream,” one of the prints by printmaker Kazuyoshi Otani. The sparkle of snow and the breath of winter can be visualized from the outstretched branches.
Feuilletine flakes, made by crumbling thinly baked crepe batter, add a stimulating textural accent to milk chocolate. Savory pie crust is mixed in for a pleasant, refined texture.
